QUICK REVIEW: Fallout 3 and friends

fallout-wp9

I loved Oblivion. I love Fallout 3 more. How much more? I'll never play Oblivion again.

The world of Fallout is so in depth and so vast that I could just travel across the wasteland and not do any of the missions and be content with doing so. Oblivion is just too bland now.

I don't know what else to say about this game that you don't already know.

Fallout 3 score: 8/10

OPERATION: ANCHORAGE

I haven't played this yet. I'll let you know when I do.

THE PITT

This has a slow start. The level design is great but this isn't the best add-on.

score: 5/10

BROKEN STEAL

The best add-on. This extends the ending, raises the level cap, and adds perks. What more do you want?

9/10

POINT LOOKOUT

Fallout 3 + rednecks + fantastic setting = GREAT. The second best addition.

score: 8/10

MOTHERSHIP ZETA

I really like this, but it's kinda bland. Despite that this is a new setting, every hallway is the same and you'll want to see something different about halfway through. But, this has a great ending, and you'll get some wonderful weapons.

score: 7/10

So, all of this means what? One large game, 5 add-ons, and a few bugs that could get in the way of gameplay, the full package gets:

10/10
